And now, courtesy of Instagram, the girls are giving us a backstage pass to the show.

No. We're not joking. You can really see what goes on behind the scenes of the tour.

Perrie Edwards and Jesy Nelson just took to Instagram to share some videos of themselves and Leigh-Anne Pinnockand Jade Thirlwall on tour and it's safe to say that we want to be there. Perrie went first with a clip titled 'Backstage shenanigans'.

In it, you can see the girls joking with each other and getting ready to go on stage.

Jesy then posted a snippet of the girls all dancing with each other, before composing themselves on a platform and waiting to be launched in front of their fans. The 'Shout Out to My Ex' star captioned the exclusive clip: "The things you don't see".

Kelly Rowland also commented on the cute clip: "SO PROUD OF YOU LADIES!".

We love that Kellystill supports them after putting them together on the X Factor.

All we need now is an actual invite backstage.
