Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall Is ‘Over It’ After Missing Out On Role As Jasmine In Guy Ritchie’s Aladdin

Forget that film she's over it.

It looks like Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall is officially over the fact that she didn’t get cast as Jasmine in the new Aladdin remake.

The singer had previously been linked to the role in the run up to the announcement, only for Power Ranger’s actress Naomi Scott to be announced as Guy Ritchie’s choice for the flick.

Taking to Insta to seemingly express her true feelings at the situation, Jade shared a pic of herself with a sign saying‘Over it’, to which fans have taken to be about the film.

Chatting previously about the possibility of starring in the film, Jade said: “I can’t confirm or deny that but the group always comes first anyways, regardless of what happen.”

But it’s fine because the fans, as always, have got her back as they continue to send messages of support on Insta.

“We love you still princess jasmine,” one wrote, while another added: “You will always be our princess Jasmine. Don't let this get you down. We love you and remember everything happens for a reason. Love you!”

Aww, and Jade at least you’ve still got the small matter of being in a globally loved superstar girl band to keep you busy.
