The Black Eyes Peas stepped up next and damn near blew the speakers with their opener Pump it Up.
Between tracks they offered shout outs to Brazil and the US before saying they were going to "restart the earth and get it right!"
Despite Fergie playing a solo rendition of Big Girls, the big story of the set belonged to Will I. Am who premiered a new track he's written for Live Earth Godfather, l Gore.
Accompanied by a soft paino, he rapped:
"We got a new threat - it's called the weather

After he finished, the group re-united and played out Where Is The Love, to the delight of the Wembley crowd.
