This Blade Running Dog Will Vastly Improve Your Day

So satisfyingly cute...

3D printer sceptics might want to pipe down after they've seen this video of Derby the dog, who has benefited from the technology in a life-changing way.

Derby was born without properly formed front legs, making his little limbs look a bit T-Rex-y. His original owners gave him up for this reason, and he was adopted by Sherry Portnova, who has described him as "the happiest dog I know".

It's only gotten better for Derby, after a 3D printing organisation got in touch with an answer to his mobility problems. 3D Solutions managed to create a pair of prosthetic legs for the hound to run young, wild and free. His social life is reportedly dramatically improved, and his owners, who were used to minimal exercise, are struggling to keep up.

This is the future everybody.
