New LEGO Lord Of The Rings Game Trailer
Plenty of fresh footage revealed from toy/movie tie-in...
A new trailer has been unveiled for the LEGO Lord Of The Rings video game, featuring a host of in-game footage.
The clip, released by Warner Brothers Interactive, sees staff from development studio Traveller's Tales talking about the making of the game - intercut with a selection of key scenes.
For the first time in the LEGO games series, the title will feature actual dialogue from the films - performed by the original cast.
It will cover all three movies in Peter Jackson's series and will allow players to dip into different sections via an interactive map of Middle Earth - so that side-quests can be completed at leisure.
The trailer also provides details about new co-operative features, such as side-quests making use of different characters' abilities.
It seems there will be a new backpack system allowing items to be stored, so that players can take advantage of the new abilities they provide when required.
