Louis Tomlinson is reportedly planning to seek joint custody of his first son Freddie with Briana Jungwirth.

According to TMZ, the One Direction star is allegedly fed up with the ‘inconsistent’ access he gets to Freddie and is now pursuing legal action to make sure he sees as much of him as possible.

Louis apparently wants to play a bigger and more equal role in the raising of his son and will be going through the courts to request Freddie spends half of his time with him and the other half with Briana.

The site also reports that Louis is currently paying $15,000 in child support a month, however, a judge will now reportedly be set a more ‘appropriate’ amount in due course.

Louis celebrated his first Father’s day with Freddie earlier this month, posting an adorable picture of him holding his son’s teeny tiny hand.

He captioned the picture: “Happy Father's Day to every lucky lad out there who's someone's daddy! Thoroughly enjoyed my first :) Love you Freddie son X”
