Louis Tomlinson Admits To Extra Soccer Aid Pressure Due To Jamie Vardy Movie Role
We're rooting for you Louis!
With today’s (Sunday 5th June) Soccer Aid match looming the celebrities involved must be feeling the pressure.
When asked about the prospective movie role playing Leicester City’s Jamie Vardy, the 24-year-old said: “That adds to the pressure, obviously.”
He will be playing alongside Olly Murs, Paddy McGuiness and Damien Lewis, and that’s just a few of the famous faces on the England team.
Naturally we’re way more interested in the rivalry between him and fellow One Direction bandmate, Niall Horan, who will be managing (or maybe playing for) the Rest Of The World team. Watch them trash-talk each other ahead of the match, right here:
Speaking to The Mirror at a training session ahead of today’s big game, Louis said he’s not feeling as fit as he used to be.
He said: “Every muscle in my body is aching. Before the game my diet consisted of Domino’s and beer. My strength used to be I could keep running. Now I’ve got nothing in my locker, so I’ll just do my best.”
Don’t worry Louis, we’ll be cheering you on from our sofas.
