Love Island 2017: The Two New Lads Get A Super Awkward Date And A Cheeky Snog As It’s Announced One Dude Will Be Kicked Off
And it was suuuuper akws...
It was the moment we’ve all been waiting for: we actually saw the two new lads enter the villa and stir some shiz up.
As the OG lads, mostly Dom (‘I’m not threatened, man’) and Kem, panicked but tried to look cool, Chris and Jonny got to know the girls before being sent on dates.
SEE WHAT OLIVIA BUCKLAND AND ALEX BOWEN THINK OF THIS YEAR'S GANG:
After it looked like Chris and Camilla were getting cosy, a curveball was chucked in the deep end as a text came through announcing she was to go on a date with Jonny. Cue the most awkward drinks ever. As he tried to get to know her, she crossed her arms and gave nothing away. YIKES.
Next in was Chris’ turn to find out who he was to spend an eve with and a text pinged up for Montana, declaring her the (lucky?) lady.
Their date mostly consisted of him asking if she would snog him, staring at her chest and attempting to grab her bum. Nice. All after saying he fancied Camilla.
It’s never simple.
The following day the gang had to play a game which basically had the girls blindly feel the boys’ bodies and rate them until there was a winner. And that winner turned out to be Chris who, as a reward, got to choose one girl to join him in the hot tub for champagne. Surprising everyone, hee chose Chloe and the pair didn’t waste any time flirting their faces off.
Poor Sam was the loser of the body game but also got a chance to take someone out on a date and, of course, chose Olivia. The pair shared a snog and talked about going to Benidorm or Bali on holidays. Obvs.
As everyone looked pretty happy (cue Amber and Kem having a snog in bed) Harley decided to rock the boat by telling Chloe she had ‘grown on him’ and that if she wanted to couple up with Chris (after they had agreed to go together the day before) then he would go a speak to Camilla. OUR HEADS HURT.
This left Chloe to run to Chris and call Harley a ‘fake pr*ck’ before snogging him. So that kinda backfired, eh Harley?
And it a WELL exciting turn of events, we were informed that a boy will be kicked off the island in tonight’s episode after the next coupling. THE TENSION.
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
