Love Island's Olivia Attwood Charges A Huge Amount Of Money For A Public Appearance
Two of these and we'd be set for the year.
Despite coming third in the competition, Love Island's Olivia Attwood is making the most of her newfound fame by reportedly charging £10,000 for a public appearance. That's almost double the figure that reigning champions Kem and Amber are asking for.
The contestants have all been doing the rounds on the club circuit after the series came to an end, but Olivia - who recently became an ambassador for In The Style - is proving to be a little more selective about the venues (and amount of cash) she's willing to accept.
While Kem and Amber scooped the £50,000 prize money after their romance captured the nation's hearts, their figure of £5000 per appearance has been matched by Gabby, Marcel, and Jess Shears. According to The Sun, even Muggy Mike is rumoured to charge £3000 per hour.
This comes as pretty much all the contestants have been eager to book events. “This year was Love Island’s biggest yet, and the show’s cast have never been in more demand. Promoters are prepared to pay huge sums for them to even show their faces at an event, and so the majority are making the most of it.
The insider added: “Some, like Kem and Amber, have a shot at TV careers, but quite a few of the others are destined to fade back into obscurity. So their attitude is that they should make hay while the sun shines.”
Just think, if Olivia books even two club appearances, she'll be on an income that could literally last her the entire year. Not bad.
