The Only Way Is Essex star Lucy Mecklenburgh has insisted she and The Wanted singer Max George are not an item and that their relationship was "never official."
The TOWIE cast member told the latest issue of OK magazine: "He's single and I'm single - we're not an item. He can do what he wants, so I feel bad that he's getting bad press for cheating on me when we're not together. There are no hard feelings."
