Mac Miller Announces Debut UK Release
Malcolm 'Mac Miller' McCormick is already a fast rising hip-hop star in the US, and looks set to do the same over here when he releases his debut UK single Knock Knock on 13 June.
Musically gifted, Mac had taught himself to play piano, drums, guitar and bass by the age of six, and now at just 19 the MC has already gone from being a local sensation in his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA to selling out venues across the United States.
A multi-talented musician with a distinct Golden Era delivery, a great ear for instrumentals, and a positive message, Mac has been focused on paving his own path in music.
His first two recording projects, The Jukebox and The High Life, generated an huge amount of buzz on the street and online, while 2010's mixtape K.I.D.S. spawned the massive track Nikes On My Feet.
Mac has already released a further mixture called Best Day Ever, is supporting his good buddy Wiz Khalifa on tour in the US, and will be heading to the UKfor his own headline shows in the Autumn.
