Jon Hamm 'Mad Men Is More Secretive Than CIA'
Star makes joke at expense of US security service on chat show...
Mad Menstar Jon Hamm has joked that the cast and crew of the hit show have a better security record than the CIA.
The actor, who plays Don Draper, was interviewed by Jon Stewart on comedy chat programme The Daily Show - and was asked by the host how they manage to keep plotlines under wraps when even the CIA can't keep its operatives' identities confidential.
And Jon quipped back: "We frequent, as a cast, far fewer Venezuelan prostitutes than the CIA. Just as a group!"
Their chat - which aired last night in the UK - follows actress Linda Cardellini's revelation that she didn't even tell her friends and family that she was to be playing Don's latest mistress in the show.
Season six of Mad Men started last month.
