The 22-year-old former Made In Chelseacast member is claimed by Heat magazine to be "devastated" following the split - which appears to have been initiated by J-Lo's former hubby Marc.

The pair had been dating since February, when they were snapped holding hands at Disneyland.

A source told the magazine: "Chloe's devastated – they've split and she didn't see it coming at all. She's surrounding herself with friends and they're trying to comfort her, but she's really upset."

It had been reported that the pair could move in together, despite their 22-year age gap.
