The Like A Prayer hitmaker, who is currently on the road as part of her MDNA world tour, surprised fans once again in Italy after pulling down her pants mid song.
Madge was once again performing track Human Nature, this time at Rome's Stadio Olimpico on Tuesday (12th June), when she removed her trousers to reveal her lace-thong clad backside.
The Queen of Pop's nipple flash in Turkey received mix reactions in the celeb world, with Piers Morgan tweeting: "Most embarrassing, cringe-worthy, desperate moment in the history of music?"
However, Hollywood actress Christina Applegate was more supportive of Madge's onstage antics, with The Daily Mail quoting her as saying: "Reading twitter this am and there r all these tweets about Madonna and her nipple flash.
"And we are shocked because...? What I'm saying is. Its not like Sarah Palin had a nip slip, its Madonna."
This is not the first time the 53-year old has caused controversy on her current string of shows, previously causing outrage after using a swastiska image in one of her pre-recorded videos.
She has also caused tension with Lady GaGa after appearing to take a swipe at the star by performing a mash-up of her hit Express Yourself with GaGa's Born This Way - which has previously been compared to Madge's track.
After performing the medley of songs, Madge is said to have yelled: "She's not me", in an apparent dig at Lady G.
The Poker Face star has since retaliated, addressing Madonna's claims during her gig in Auckland, New Zealand where GaGa apparently criticised those who make a 'mockery' of others' music.
