Madonna could be facing legal action over her use of the swastika at a gig in France.

The queen of pop had [uuid=6038a934-003f-48bc-b387-3fe610f0487c]already caused controversy[/uuid] with the image - in which a swastika was superimposed on the forehead of National Front leader Marine Le Pen - in Israel back in June.

Le Pen reacted by saying: "If she does that in France, we'll be waiting."

But during the Paris leg of her MDNA touron Saturday,the image once again appeared in a video as Madonna performed Nobody Knows Me at the Stade de France.

Florian Philippot, vice-president of the political party, has now reportedly said the National Front could not accept "such an odious comparison".

According to BBC News, Mr Philippot said: "This is just another provocation in Madonna's world tour so that people will talk about her.

"Marine Le Pen will defend not only her own honour but her supporters and the millions of National Front voters."

The website reports that a lawsuit would be filed this week.

During the Paris gig, Madge also flashed her boob for the French fans before revealing her bum, clad only in a thong - she had previously [uuid=f8bc21b3-8223-4f28-b668-7282e8008a18]surprised fans in Turkey and Italy[/uuid] with the move.
