Madonna Threatens To Cancel Gig Over Smokers
Queen of pop annoyed by smoking fans at sound check in Chile...
Madonna reportedly threatened to cancel a concert in Chile after spotting a group of fans smoking cigarettes in the crowd.
The queen of pop was doing a sound check at the open-air stadium in Santiago when she noticed the smokers.
Footage has since surfaced on YouTube showing the Girl Gone Wild star saying: "There are people smoking right now... No smoking! If you're going to smoke cigarettes, I'm not doing a show."
When the fans appeared to ignore her request, Madge went on: "You don't care about me? I don't care about you. All right?
"Are we going to play that game? I'm not kidding. I can't sing if you smoke... entiendes?"
She then added: "You're looking right at me and smoking cigarettes, like I'm a stupid f***ing idiot."
Luckily the culprits reportedly extinguished the cigarettes and the concert went ahead as planned.
Madonna caused controversy earlier in her MDNA tour over the use of a swastika during live shows in France.
