Madonna Video is Top Rule Breaker

Like A Prayer tops MTVs 25th Anniversary Poll...

Madonna's controversial Like A Prayer video has been voted the most groundbreaking video of all time in a poll to celebrate MTVs 25th birthday.
The video, which sees the superstar dancing around burning crosses and kissing a black Christ-like figure in a church, came top in the survey of 10,000 MTV viewers. Madonna also holds another two of the top ten places.
At number two is Britney's Baby One More Time, that got tongues wagging and jaws dropping thanks to her tiny school uniform. Then at three is Michael Jackson's legendary Thriller, which is the longest music video of all time. That is until Mike Skinner and MTV break the record next month, also part of our 25th birthday celebrations.
The rest of the top ten features more Michael Jackson, more Madonna, Robbie Williams, Eric Prydz, Jamiroquai and Spice Girls.
The top ten looks like this:
1 - Madonna, 'Like a Prayer'
2 - Britney Spears, 'Baby One More Time'
3 - Michael Jackson, 'Thriller'
4 - Madonna, 'Ray of Light'
5 - Madonna, 'Vogue'
6 - Michael and Janet Jackson, 'Scream'
7 - Robbie Williams, 'Rock DJ'
8 - Eric Prydz, 'Call on Me'
9 - Jamiroquai, 'Virtual Insanity'
10 - Spice Girls, 'Wannabe'
