Madonna Wins Custody Battle

Madonna has won permission to move her and Guy Richies two sons to live with her in America - reports The Sun.

The ruling is thought to be a temporary measure, put in place while the estranged couple attempt to come to a permanent arrangement. Rocco, eight and three-year-old adopted David will join their mum and sister Lourdes, 12, in New York.

A source close to the negotiations revealed: "Everything is going to be resolved in the next couple of weeks. It's pretty amicable at the moment. Things are progressing."

Madge and Guy - who were married for nearly eight years - announced their split in October and have so far remained silent about their divorce settlement.

Guys father wasnt quite so discreet earlier this week when he announced he was very pleased for Guy that the marriage was over.

He also stated that he was pleased Madge had been linked to "lots of boyfriends" because "she won't be looking for him".
