This Guy Spent £116,000 To Look Like Madonna, And Now He's Over It
Don't get us wrong, we'd love to have T-Swift's legs or J-Lo's bum...
Last night's episode of TLC's My Strange Addiction ended with a Madonna impersonator decide he's done with his obsession.
Adam Guerra has spent 12 years, had 18 surgeries and racked up a bill of $175,000 (£116,000) in his bid to look like the queen of pop herself, which he admits became an addiction.
In the episode, his boyfriend Michael delivered him an ultimatum: "I want to date a boy. I don't want to date a 56-year-old woman."
"I just don't understand," he pleaded. "Where does it end? You're going to fall into a coma and never wake up?"
During a life-coach session from one of Madonna's former back-up dancers, Adam had somewhat of a breakdown as he addressed his reflection in the mirror.
"I am Madonna. But I want to be Adam," he said as he caressed his face.
TLC concluded the episode with: "After his breakdown, Adam decided to go back to being himself full time. He's sold his collection of Madonna outfits and moved in with his boyfriend."
And they all lived happily ever after.
