First Trailer For Angelina Jolie's Maleficent Released

The first trailer for Angelina Jolie's new film Maleficenthas been released.
The promo, which hit the web today (November 13), teases Disney's upcoming retelling of the classic story of Sleeping Beauty.
Oscar-winner Jolie takes on the titular role of the iconic villainess, starring opposite Elle Fanning as Princess Aurora.
The clip opens with Aurora saying she has felt the presence of Maleficent her entire life.
When the two eventually come face to face, Maleficent stands half hidden in the shadows.
The young princess urges her to come out, to which the self-proclaimed 'Mistress of All Evil' replies: "Then you'll be afraid."
Maleficent hits cinemas in May 2014.
