Former The Only Way Is Essexstar Marcus Collins have clashed in a Twitter spat of titanic proportions after an incident at a showbiz party.
The row, which erupted after he allegedly grumbled about being asked by Maria to pose for a photo, has led to an accusation of homophobia from Marcus and a threat of legal action from Maria for allegedly being called a racist.
It all kicked off after the launch party for an online store set up by three members of the Desperate Scousewives cast in Liverpool.

Maria tweeted a picture of herself and two of her pals with Marcus, accompanied by the caption: "Drink down my dress. Marcus Collins who said he felt like he was workin when I asked for a pic #Bigtime."
To which Marcus retaliated by re-tweeting the pic and commenting: "Does anyone know who this girl is? Whoever she is she is very Very rude and needs to calm down #whythelongface."
Maria responded: "Ooh Marcus asked why I called him bigtime (because he is) I said coz u were rude so he called me fake n spat in my hair #ouch #big time."
It's important to note that this exchange appears to have started while the pair were in the same room, presumably both glued to their smartphones.
Marcus then upped the ante by tweeting: "called "a f****** queer c***" by @MariaFowler, not standing for homophobic abuse by anyone it's unnessasry and I never spat in anyone's hair."
"Some people should be ashamed of themselves #homophobia will NOT BE TOLERATED @MariaFowler #Ignorant."
He later deleted the sweary post however.
Maria immediately hit back at the homophobia claim, saying: "Throwing the gay line for record am with 4 gay guys here certainly not homophobic. No excuse #everyonesaw rude n ur 'people ' jut apologised.
"Off to enjoy my night. Heard he been thrown out good. No one is bigger than anyone else. Regardless of talent etc. #BeGrounded x"
But Marcus wouldn't let her have the last word, and tweeted: "I left because your vileness nocked me sick #attheopeningofanenvelope and your a homophobic liar."
Maria then told Marcus "call me racist I will sue you for defamation", presumably in reference to a tweet which has now been deleted.
And while Marcus called it a night at that point, Maria continued with the slanging match on her own.
She said: "babe if I wanted a headline I wouldn't use an xfactor reject. Think I get more headlines than u anyway #oops #sorry #block."
Fowler added: "Please don't say I'm Using u for headlines If ur not on the paper on a weekly/daily basis, #YourNotDrake #EvenZListMeGetsMorePressThanYou."
Both have since been re-tweeting messages of support from other Twitter users.
