Mariah Carey is definitely engaged to MTV star Nick Cannon- according to 'Access Hollywood'.

A source close to the diva has apparently confirmed that the couple plan to marry. Mariah has recently been spotted with a huge ring on her engagement finger sparking rumours that now appear true.

However by the look of photos that have surfaced on the net Careys ring is second hand! Cannon- star of MTV Bases Wild And Out- was previously engaged to model Selita Ebanks. And pics can be seen on various websites of her wearing the same ring Mariah is now rocking!

Carey is 10 years older than her fiance and was previously married to Sony Record boss Tommy Mottola.
