A new Nintendo Switch advert has been released that reminds gamers everywhere just how liberating the Switch console can be, by showing you that you can even playit on the toilet.

The unusual advert opens by showing off the wonders of combining your daily constitutional with a gaming session. Even your body’s most basic needs can’t stop you.

The advert is for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, which is an upgraded version of Mario Kart 8 that has been specially made for the Nintendo Switch.

Aside from toilet button-bashing fun, the new game will also be compatible with lots of multiplayer options, as you’d imagine. You can play with up to four players around one TV using multiple Joy-Con controllers or connect up to eight Switch consoles in mobile mode to play directly in local play mode.

Does that range connectivity stretch far enough to let one of those eight continue playing even after nature has called? We’ll have to wait and see.

The Nintendo Switch is available from 3 March and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will be available from 28 April.
