Glee's Mark Salling Indicted On Child Pornography Charges
He could be facing up to 40 years in prison...
Last December, Glee's Mark Salling, who played bad-boy Noah 'Puck' Puckerman in the show, was arrested on charges of possessing child pornography.
Amid claims that there were over 600 incedent images of children on his computer, he posted $20,000 bail.
Now, the 33-year-old actor has been formally indicted on two charges relating to child porongraphy, over three videos and one image of underage girls that were found in his possession.
He could face up to 40 years in prison, 20 for getting the images and another 20 for keeping them. He will find out the official sentence when he faces the charges on 3rd June 2016.
