Geordie Shore's Marnie Reveals WHOPPING 4,000 Calorie A Day Diet
Eek! Turns out all those shots of Jager and kebabs really do add up...
Let's be honest for a minute. We're all capable of pigging out. Whether it's a hangover-curing extra-large, stuffed crust Dominos, a KFC family bucket (for one) or a kebab loaded with chilli sauce, every single person on this planet has enjoyed a high calorie day.
But it turns out partying isn't the only thing the Geordie Shore housemates take to the extreme.
Marnie Simpson recently revealed that the lasses in the house would easily put away 4,000 calories A DAY while filming the show's 10th series.
That's, like… LOADS of biscuits.
Speaking to Star magazine, Marnie said: "We were drinking so much alcohol and then getting kebabs and McDonald’s. We were taking in 4,000 calories a day!"
Blimey. No wonder they've all been dieting like crazy people.
"My self-confidence was low," Marnie added. "I hated going out because I wasn’t happy with the way I felt. I couldn’t get any of my jeans on, it was so hard. I just wore leggings and hoodies.
"People were taking screenshot pictures and tweeting them to me. People were saying that I used to be the skinny one and now I’m the fat one."

Marnie decided to swap the crisps and sweets for healthy things, and with the help of a couple of visits to the gym every day managed to lose 17lbs in just a month.
Her success, combined with the efforts of fellow Geordies Charlotte Crosby, Holly Hagan and Vicky Pattison brings the Geordie Shore weight loss grand total to just over NINE STONE.
We'll refrain from downing a Jager in celebration and stick to a polite round of applause. Congratulations, lasses, but don't forget to have fun - yeah?
