While the rest of the country buttons down the hatches and bulk buys tins of beans to last them through Snowmageddon, the Geordie Shore cast are currently catching the rays in Australia.

One couple who are living out all of our wildest dreams are Marnie Simpson and Casey Johnson - who have apparently spent the past few days soaking up the sunshine on a white sand beach.

Just incase you wanted to feel a little bit terrible about some of your life choices, the duo pulled on their best swimsuits and spent an entire day chilling by the ocean.

Marnie took to Instagram to share a snapshot of the pair living their best life, with the caption: “Summer love 365 days a year”

For anyone wondering why we haven’t been receiving daily updates about their relationship on Snapchat, Marns (and pal Chloe Ferry for that matter) have voiced their disappointment about the platform's controversial update.

“Is Snapchat gonna change it back or what, I literally don’t use it anymore,” she admitted. “I can’t get the hang of it.”

Then again, if her updates involve white sand beaches and 27°Csunshine, maybe it’s best if we keep on living in ignorance.
