Marnie Simpson Petrified As She Encounters Paranormal Activity On Celebrity Ghost Hunt

Marnie Simpson has been left petrified after appearing on Celebrity Ghost Hunt alongside TOWIE’s Bobby Norris and Love Island’s Marcel Sommerville.

The gang all headed to Kelvedon Hatch Secret Nuclear Bunker in Essex, which is believed to be haunted by two ghosts – one of whom is the foreman who helped build it, and the other someone who is rumoured to have committed suicide in the main stairwell.

The entire situation was bound to be a little bit spooky, considering the area itself is tied up in a bunch of government protected mysteries. The bunker extends 120-feet underground and happens to be guarded by the Official Secrets Act.

Scenes from the 5STAR programme show Marnie and the gang screaming from room-to-room and trying to work out if there’s any rational explanation to the weird goings on in the premises. 

At one point, Bobby is convinced that the ghost of Margaret Thatcher is roaming around the rooms, claiming: “Oh my God it's Maggie! You know I was saying about Margaret Thatcher, the Prime Minister. The old one, I mean she died. She was our Prime Minister the first ever one."

Another scene includes Marnie waiting outside an empty room as Bobby runs out the door shouting that he witnessed something more horrifying than a phantom: “'I don't like birds and it sounds like something's flapping. I can't do birds in any sense.”
