In her most recent column forStar mag, Marns commented on Lateysha Grace's recent surgery: "Shesays she won't stop getting surgery until she's perfect. I can't judge as I don't think I'll stop until I'm happy either".

She also discussed that whilst there's any solid plans for going under the knife again, there are still things that she feels insecure about and wants changed.

The 24-year-oldwrote:"I've got no plans to get anything done but my chin is pointy so I'd consider getting that fixed."
