Marnie Simpson and Lewis Bloor seemed like a reality TV match made in heaven.

Which is why it broke our hearts when we heard rumours that the pair had split, justtwo months since their relationship began in'Celebrity Big Brother'. To clear up those rumours,Marnie has now revealed the truthto Star mag about what happened and where her and the TOWIE lad nowstand.

The Geordie Shore lassadmitted that the 'split' was actually in fact an explosive argument, saying:"It's been a difficult week with Lewis and me having a two-day argument.

"I love Lewis, but he needs to make some changes to the way he behaves if he wants to make our relationship to work."

Last weekend, the break-uprumours began whenLewis wrote, "One door closes another one opens that's how life works"whilst Marnie tweeted,"Over before it began" and deletedall traces of him fromher social media.

Though justtwo days later, Lewis posted a snap of the pair in bed with the caption: "When you meet someone who makes you happy, hold onto them @marniegshore."

Marniepreviouslyadmittedthat she'dfound making theirrelationship work in the outside worlddifficultand had serioustrust issues: "I can't deal with getting tweets every time he goes out. It's stressful."

Her Geordie Shore co-stars Kyle Christie and Scott Timlin didn't seem to be backing their relationship either. Kyletold Star: "I'd put my life on her getting back with Aaron."

Whilst Scotty T added: "She was getting with Aaron, she went on Big Brother, she got with someone else, she's going back into the Geordie Shore house with Aaron, she's going to get with him. It's just the way Marnie's brain works."

We guess we'll just have to wait and see….
