Stephanie Davis Hits Out At Marnie Simpson For 'Below The Belt' Comments About Lewis Bloor
"I think that was a low cut, below the belt thing to say."
For anyone who had hoped that Stephanie Davis would let her feud with Marnie Simpson simmer down for a second, she's once again gone in over comments Marns made in the Big Brother house about her favourite smooch of the year.
At the time, Marns described her snog with housemate Kieran Lee as the "best kiss" she'd had in 2017 before comparing his skills favourably with ex Lewis Bloor: "Better kisser than Lewis, a hundred percent. I wanna do it again!”
Well. Steph has now gone in on Marn's decision to bring Lewis into the conversation after branding her comments a "low cut, below the belt" approach to finally moving on from their relationship.
In a column written for the Daily Mirror, the ex Celebrity Big Brother star began: “I’m sick of talking about Marnie Simpson. I’m not surprised she said her kiss with Kieran Lee was better than with Lewis Bloor.
Arguing that she would never publicly slate an ex in that way, Steph said: “I think that was a low cut, below the belt thing to say. I just wouldn’t do that, I’d never do that to someone who I’d been partners with. She’s not perfect herself.
That's when she suggested that it's about time Marns let go of the past for good: "Lewis shouldn’t have treated her so wrong but obviously you have to let the relationship go," she suggested.
Yikes. Can't imagine those comments will go down too well with Marns.
