Get Your First Listen Of New Martin Garrix And Dua Lipa Track 'Scared To Be Lonely' Here
"Is it the only reason you’re holding me tonight? / Because we’re scared to be lonely?”
This is the latest we've heard from Garrix since his 2016 EP Seven and the all-conquering, Bebe Rexha-featuring 'In the Name of Love'.
After fan footage from one of Martin Garrix’s recent gigs in Myanmar (where the track was played) leaked online, Dua Lipa took to Twitter to address the news.
The clip released is only about a minute long, but it shows that the Dutch DJ – real name Martijn Gerard Garritsen - has made yet another upbeat, euphoric, club-ready track.
Dua Lipa can be heard singing, “Do we need somebody? / Just to feel like we’re alright / Is it the only reason you’re holding me tonight? / Because we’re scared to be lonely?”
“Even when we know it’s wrong / And somebody better for us all along / Tell me how can we keep holding on / Holding on tonight / Because we’re scared to be lonely.”

Last year, Martin Garrix and Bebe Rexha played an orchestral version of their massive hit ‘In the Name of Love’. It was pretty special. Watch it here.
In other news, Dua Lipa is set to have really bloody good year – featuring on Martin Garrix’s latest song aside – as she’s included on the BRITs 2017 Critics’ Choice shortlist.
