Matt Smithhas expressed his admiration for Hollywood hunk Ryan Gosling - who is directing him in his first leading movie role.
Speaking to Total Film magazine, the Doctor Who star appeared to have developed a bit of a boy crush on the Drive star.
"I have admired his abdominals in Crazy Stupid Love," he confessed. "Yes, he's a very handsome man, that's for sure.
"He's cool. He's bright, you know. He's got a really clear, really brilliant vision for his film. And I'm a huge fan of his work as an actor. I think he makes brilliant choices."
Matt is taking the lead role in How To Catch A Monster - in which he appears alongside Christina Hendricks and Eva Mendes.
A picture emerged of him with his head shaved for the role a few days ago.
