Matt Willis has talked about the recording of his debut solo material, and he seems pretty pleased with it.
Speaking exclusively to MTV News's Tim Kash, the former Busted star revealed that after some time in the studio he's found the sound that he wanted. "It's going really well," he said. "I was struggling to find something that was my niche, to find something that I actually wanted to portray as me. And I've found it, which was awesome.
"At the end of the day," continued Matt, "if you just make a good pop record then you're doing everything you possibly can, I think.
"So I am trying to make a shit-hot pop record. "
