McBusted Confirm New Single 'Air Guitar'! Listen To A Teaser Here!

McBusted have confirmed details of their first official single together, titled Air Guitar. 

The supergroup revealed the artwork for the track last night (October 7), which shows all six members looking inside a guitar case in awe.

McFly man Tom Fletcher later posted a short teaser of Air Guitar on Instagram, along with the caption: "And so McBusted continues... #McBustedAirGuitar."

Speaking of the tune, Tom claimed: “I was like, how has this song never been written before?” He then brought the bones of the song to the rest of the band, who instantly leapt upon it. As Matt says: “It’s such a brilliant idea for a song – I was furious when Tom came up with it, obviously. I love it.”

The end result is an undeniable, arms-aloft, Beyoncé quoting rock anthem, from the opening chords to its virtuoso guitar, pounding drums and enormous singalong chorus, all inspiring the listener to unleash their inner rockstar.  

 Air Guitar is available to pre-order now in the UK, with the tune due for release on November 23.

McBusted - formed of pop rockers McFly and Busted - have been busy working on their collaborative LP, with All Time Low frontman Alex Gaskarth recently revealing they have been in the studio together. 

As well as a new album, the boys will also release concert movie TOURPLAY exclusively through Vue cinemas on October 28.
