Mean Girls Is Now A University Course, Butter Still Not A Carb
First it was Beyoncé and now you can legit study Regina George in the US…
If you’ve ever dreamt of going to that university where you can study Beyoncé, you may be pleased to hear that Colorado College in the US is now offering a Mean Girls course, which is the most fetch thing that’s ever happened.
Queen Bees, WannaBees, and Mean Girls – incorporating both Rosalind Wiseman’s self-help book and Tina Fey’s Mean Girls adaptation – “explores the means and motives behind why women seek authority and the actions they are willing to take in order to hold onto it.
“Students will examine this concept through the use of literary works and movies, such as the 2004 film Mean Girls,” reads Colorado College’s website.
All sounds awesome to us. Rumour has it* course requirements include:
Being able to spell ‘orange’
Wearing pink on Wednesdays
Actually going to Colorado College
*We totally made that up. But the course really does exist! Now give us our pink shirt back and pray for a Lindsay Lohan guest lecture.
