Megan McKenna Breaks Her Silence Following The Death Of Mike Thalassitis

Megan McKenna has broken her silence following the death of her ex-boyfriend, Mike Thalassitis.

The former Ex On The Beach star has been quiet on social media after the 26-year-old Love Island star was found dead in a park near his home on Saturday morning.

Taking to Instagram, Megan revealed she is on shock and trying to come to terms with the news.

"Sorry I haven't been on social media but I'm in complete shock and trying to come to terms with this I can't believe I'm even writing this post," she wrote.

She added: "My thoughts and prayers are with Mike's family."

"Rest in peace Mike x," she concluded.

Megan didn't caption the photo, and her post comes after celebrities have been taking to social media to share tributes to Mike.

The pair dated for 7-months in 2018, and Megan previously broke down on Celebs Go Dating, revealing that she "fell in love" with the Love Island lad.

An inside source told The Sun that Megan has been grieving the loss in private, revealing: “Megan is absolutely devastated over Mike’s death. She isn’t ready to comment online yet and will be dealing with her grief in private."

"This is the toughest time of her life and all she wants is the support of close friends and family," they added.
