Megan McKenna Reveals Her Pre-Marbella Diet And It’s Actually Amazing

What a babe.

Megan McKenna is a girl after our own heart after she revealed her quite frankly amazing pre-Marbella diet.

Mainly because that dietconsists of at least one portion of every food that we love. AKA CARBS (hence why our pre-holiday motto is more ‘loads of carbs' rather than 'no carbs'before Marbs).

The gorgeous Ex On The Beach star, who’s in Marbella filming for the new series of TOWIE, shared her pre-holiday preparations in her Reveal magazine column, writing: “A stylist came to mine before Marbs to help me with my holiday wardrobe.

“It’s the first time I’ve hired a stylist, but I did it because I haven’t had a day off in ages to go shopping, which is annoying, as I love it!

"I also had my eyebrows threaded and got semi-permanent eyelashes. I normally have a few top-up sunbeds, but I didn’t have time, so I did an overnight self-tan.”

Speaking about her very-much-non-diet diet that she embarked upon in preparation for the vacay, Megan, who also celebrated her birthdaythis week,added: “I haven’t been dieting, though.

"One day last week, I had a fry-up for brekkie, then spag bol with chips and a bottle of Fanta for lunch, followed by three packets of Pom-Bear crisps, a bar of chocolate and a Thai green curry with rice and a Fanta at 2am… then I fell asleep!”

YES, MEGAN, you star you.

If only we could get away with eating all of this in one day, every single day. SIGH.
