The Barclaycard Mercury Prize ‘Albums of the Year Live’ gig series continues on Wednesday 17 October with special performances from joint headliners Ben Howard and Roller Trio.
The two shortlisted artists will be play LSO Luke’s in London to help raise money for War Child, supporting the fantastic work they do assisting children affected by conflict around the world.
The Prize will be making tickets for the event available to fans through competitions and a special ballot system which opens for 48 hours from 10am on Monday 8 October at www.theticketfactory.com.
Further gigs featuring more of the 2012 shortlisted artists will be announced over the coming weeks, while the winner of the 2012 Barclaycard Mercury Prize will be announced on Thursday 1 November.
