Jacko Film Premieres Announced

Michael Jackson’s This Is It film will have 15 premieres around the world later this year.

 

The documentary has been put together from rehearsal footage shot in the weeks before the King of Pop died, as he was readying his live show for a London residency.

 

Sony Pictures bosses have announced that premieres of the movie will take place around the world on October 27 and 28.

 

London, LA, New York, Berlin and Rio are among cities chosen to host the events.

 

This Is It is directed by Kenny Ortega- who was creative director of the proposed shows and is also the man behind High School Musical.
