Jacko ‘Has Skin Eating Superbug’

Michael Jackson is suffering from a skin eating infection which has spread through his body- according to The Sun.

The paper says he may have caught the MRSA-type bug whilst having plastic surgery on his nose.

The infection is apparently resistant to antibiotics and could kill off areas of the 50 year olds skin meaning he will need serious surgery.

The Sun says reclusive Jacko is making regular visits to a clinic to be treated by doctors.

Thriller legend Michael has been increasingly frail recently but his management still claim he is currently preparing for a world tour.

Jacko has long been working on a new album and has already recorded with Will.I.Am and Ne-Yo.
