Michael Jackson’s personal doctor at the time of his death Dr Conrad Murray is under investigation for manslaughter.

Although he has not yet been arrested court papers show that the Houston based physician is the subject of investigation.

Murray’s clinic was searched by the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) on Wednesday.

The King of Pop’s family have repeatedly blamed the doctor for Michael’s death.

Police now have to go through the evidence seized before deciding whether to charge him. They are also awaiting a full toxicology report on the star’s body which is expected next week.

The Sun today claims that Michael’s twelve year old son Prince watched Murray try to resuscitate the singer.
