The Jackson family will go to court today (Monday June 29) to appeal for custody of Michael Jackson’s three children- after his death on Thursday.
His mother Katherine wants to be legal guardian to Prince Michael- who is 12, 11 year old Paris and Prince Michael II- who is known as Blanket and is aged 7.
Reports have claimed that Debbie Rowe- Michael’s ex wife and mother to his oldest two children- will contest custody of them.

However the Jackson family’s lawyer Londell McMillan said she had not been in touch. Rowe had previously given up all rights to the kids.
