Jackson Glove Sells for Thousands

Hard Rock Hotel pays big bucks…

A glove worn on stage by Michael Jackson has been sold for just under £30,000.
The jewel-encrusted white glove was bought by Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, who fended off five other bidders to purchase the item, paying £29,900.
The glove was thrown by Michael into a group of Australian fans after he attended a screening of Ghosts in Sydney in 1996. It was caught by Bill Hibble, who has since died.
Jackson, who was finally laid to rest last week, was in Australia in 1996 as part of his HIStory world tour.
