Michael Jackson’s former publicist Raymone Bain is said to be demanding $44 million (£30 million) plus attorney fees from the King of pop.

In the shock lawsuit, Bain is suing her former boss for failing to pay for her services, and has filed papers in a Washington, D.C. court.

Bain was a regular face defending Jacko from a series of media attacks throughout his child molestation trial and has now decided she is owed a pretty big pay back.

This is the second time in a week that the Rock With You singer has been hit with a lawsuit.

It has been alleged that actress Ola Ray, who starred alongside Jacko in his 1983 Thriller promo is also suing the star for her promised cut of the video’s profits.

Jacko is expected to rake in the money from his 50 date London residency at the 02 this summer but it appears he could be loosing cash as fast as he is making it if the lawsuits are successful.

Poor old Jacko, just when we thought this was it…
