Sleep Expert Slams Conrad Murray's Treatment Of MJ
A sleep expert has testified atMichael Jackson were a "recipe for disaster."
Nader Kamanger, who appeared before the jury yesterday, claimed that Murray's treatment was "unethical, disturbing and beyond comprehension."
He explained: "To summarise, Mr Jackson was receiving very inappropriate therapy in a home setting, receiving very potent therapies without monitoring,"
Kamanger then went on to slam Murray's failure to record the treatments he had been giving the King of Pop, stating: "There were no records whatsoever. It's very easy to forget details. We do not rely on memory."
He added: "It is an egregious violation of the standard of care when you are using sedatives like Propofol and you are not writing it down."
Ending his evidence, Kamanger also admitted that Murray waited too long to call 911 for assistance when he found MJ not breathing, saying: "The most important thing he should have done is call for help,"
Cardiologist Dr. Alon Steinberg revealed on Wednesday [uuid=6711cc4e-e7ee-4d1a-bd10-f5587d6aa65e]that Jackson "could have been alive today"[/uuid] if Murray hadn't been "grossly negligent" in providing the You Are Not Alone hitmaker care.
