The star of Oz: The Great And Powerful had been dating Segel - who played the lead role in The Muppets movie reboot - since last year.
But now Us Weekly claims that they have decided to call it a day due to the pressures of maintaining a long-distance relationship.
Williams is currently promoting the Oz movie, while Segel is filming the last series of How I Met Your Mother.
