Mark Mcleod was arrested by police after turning up at the studio where she was filming in Georgia and claiming to be engaged to her.

He previously tried to get access to the set in June and was warned by cops.

McLeod claims he met 16 year old Miley over 18 months ago and that she said yes when he proposed to her.

The crazed fan also said the Hannah Montana star sent him messages through the TV and that her dad Billy Ray approved of their relationship.

Miley is currently filming a Disney movie called The Last Song.
