Miley Cyrus has hit back at internet rumours that she is suffering from anorexia, claiming that she actually has an allergy which prevents her eating a lot of food.
The 19-year-old pop star was snapped looking skinny while out jogging last week - and has poured fuel on the rumour fire by posting a picture of herself smelling some fast food on Twitter.
She accompanied the snap with the caption: "I can't eat it. So I'm just gonna smell the s**t out of it! My mouth is literally watering."
But she says people have jumped to the wrong conclusion - insisting that she couldn't eat it for medical reasons.
She explained: "For everyone calling me anorexic I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It's not about weight it's about health.
"Gluten is c**p anyway!... I ate today at Easter lunch but all of it was healthy and even more fulfilling! Health is happiness!"
And she seems to have got quite evangelical about her new gluten-free lifestyle too.
She added: "Everyone should try no gluten for a week! The change in your skin, physical and mental health is amazing! You won't go back!"
