A man who was found trespassing on Miley Cyrus' property has been convicted.
Last month, Jason Luis Rivera was arrested after climbing over the fence of Miley's LA home, where he was caught carrying a pair of scissors and claimed to be her husband.
Luckily, Miley - who is engaged to actor Liam Hemsworth - was not at home when the incident occurred.
He was later charged with trespassing and burglary, with Lieutenant Brian Wendling, of Los Angeles Police, stating: “Rivera thinks they were married. I would say delusional is a good characterisation of him.”
TMZ has since reported that a Los Angeles court have found the 40-year old guilty of trespassing and resisting arrest.
He is due to be sentenced later today (12th October), and faces 18 months in jail.
