The singer took part in a tribute to the victims of the Las Vegas shooting...
In honour of her brand new albumYounger Now, Miley Cyrus is joining the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon for a week-long residency to discuss her new music, take part in skits and perform some of the great material that she released last Friday.
However, last night she decided to put promo on hold and pay tribute to the victims of the Las Vegas shooting.
Like all this time I've been asleep
Even though it's not who I am
I'm not afraid of who I used to be
No one stays the same (oh, oh)
You know what goes up must come down (oh, oh)
Change is a thing you can count on (oh, oh)
I feel so much younger now (oh, oh)
Feels like I've been living in a dream
But never make it to the end
My eyes open when they feel the light
It's always right before I'm about to scream
No one stays the same (oh, oh)
You know what goes up must come down (oh, oh)
Change is a thing you can count on (oh, oh)
I feel so much younger now (oh, oh)
What goes up must come down
What goes up must come down
What goes up must come down
What goes up must come down (yeah)
No one stays the same (oh, oh)
You know what goes comes back around (oh, oh)
Change is a thing you can count on (oh, oh)
I feel so much younger now (oh, oh)
I feel so much younger now (yeah)
I feel so much younger now
The 'Malibu' singer teamed up with Adam Sandler to perform a moving rendition of Dido's 'No Freedom'.
'No Freedom' is a ballad that was released in 2013. It was the lead single from Dido's fourth and most recent studio album Girl Who Got Away. The song's chorus contains the beautiful lyrics: "No love without freedom // No freedom without love".
Miley first performed 'No Freedom' as part of her Backyard sessions for the Happy Hippie Foundation.

The Bangerz star also sang a live version of 'The Climb' during the show and took to Twitter to discuss it.
Miley tweeted: "In honour of the lives lost, injured and affected by the tragic shooting in Vegas, [Jimmy Fallon] and I dedicated this show to not only mourning this horrific event but using this platform to encourage unity, peace and hopefulness!"
What a wonderful woman.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the victims of the horrific attack and their families.
